All work carried out by me is photographed at each step of the way in order to provide the customer with a detailed account and record of what the area was like before and after.
Project Management
The remit for this project was 1) to level the cave floor, insulate with a concrete finish to enable them to use their cave and 2) to install a support to the over head beams.
Once the floor was levelled we added layer of gravel, sand, damp proofing and polystyrene insulation then concrete was poured and levelled.

D.I.Y
This customer needed a stair case installed - they had purchased a standard stair case which had to be cut and assembled to fit their requirements....(Please note - I do not have a before picture as the client had removed the old stair case)
Project management
This customer hired me to find and provide devis from a number of roofers and then to project manage his partial roof replacement. |

Plastering & Decorating
After the external works I was hired to install new internal plasterboard, plasterwork and then decorate the upstairs landing.

Project management & D.I.Y
I project managed the plumber and electrician in the installation of the necessary plumbing and electrics to create this bathroom.
I carried out the works needed to create and decorate the bathroom this involved building a stud wall, tiling, plastering, laying flooring, painting and hanging a door.
